Rick's Rocks
***Rick's Rocks: Tons of easy high bouldering away from everything, but trees and rocks. Find
something to climb and once you've got it slide you pad a couple feet and hit the next line. What's not to
like.
Directions: From US 395 between Mammoth and the June Lake Loop go east on Owens River Road for 2.1 mile take a left on to Big Springs Campground and pass campground on the right and head over the creek and follow the main road 3.5 miles near the top of a steep grade with boulders on either side of the road. Their is a pullout on the left and an old blocked road on the right that doesn't go back very far. Park at the pullout and take the blocked road drop into the wash on the left side of the road to the north area or the right to the south area.
